Welcome to the PSE client area

In this section, you can raise new tickets under your support contract, check on the status of projects and view your invoices.

Using the ticketing system means that all correspondence and file attachments can be collated together under a single ticket number. This makes it easier for us all to find the relevant information quickly and therefore save time and money.

You can still email us and call us on 01235-433201 - the client area is just here to give you more visibility of what's going on and to organise development and support tasks.

Please register for an account if you have not done so already. We'll then link your account to your projects so you can log into the client area.

Getting a Quote

Remember, we can quote both Time-and-Materials and Fixed Price for any development work. Just raise a ticket or call us and we'll send you a quote.
